Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations in physical operations—agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing—to harness IoT data for actionable insights and operational improvement. The company helps digitize industries representing over 40% of global GDP. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will partner with mid-to-large enterprise accounts to drive wide-scale business transformation after implementation handoff. Your primary responsibilities include building multi-year success plans, conducting workshops to understand customer business needs, and leading executive-level business reviews with senior decision-makers. You will translate deep platform expertise into multi-product, industry-specific value narratives that drive adoption, expansion, and long-term partnerships across complex organizations. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, and internal leadership to ensure innovation is grounded in real-world operational challenges. Your role centers on turning operational data into measurable outcomes aligned with customer priorities, while championing Samsara's cultural principles of customer focus, long-term thinking, growth mindset, inclusion, and teamwork. The position requires 4+ years of experience in senior customer success, account management, or strategic consulting. You should demonstrate strong priority management, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to solve complex problems while communicating effectively with executive stakeholders. You must be comfortable maintaining poise in high-visibility enterprise environments and building strategic relationships that drive multi-year value.
