As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will work with Samsara's largest and most complex customers, driving adoption and maximizing long-term value after the Services team's initial implementation. Your strategic guidance directly influences the safety of thousands of frontline workers and the efficiency of global supply chains.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead strategic customer engagements with enterprise accounts to understand current operations and recommend workflow transformations
- Architect joint success plans defining critical objectives, metrics, and timelines to remove barriers and deliver business value
- Orchestrate executive business reviews for complex partnerships, leading narratives with customer decision-makers
- Anticipate operational risks and align multi-year business transformations with Samsara's roadmap
- Influence internal roadmaps across Product, Finance, and Support to drive mission-critical customer initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as the company scales globally
You will manage high-stakes partnerships with Fortune 500 companies where your guidance underpins modern operations at significant scale. This role requires diplomatic poise to guide executive stakeholders toward proactive platform strategy and the ability to align Samsara's long-term roadmap with multi-year customer goals.
Minimum qualifications: 6+ years of work experience with recent background in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting. Mastery of priority management and emotional intelligence required for high-visibility, change-oriented environments.
