Rezilient Health is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with the company's largest employer group and health system partnerships nationwide. The role combines strategic account management with hands-on member engagement, requiring a data-driven professional with deep healthcare delivery experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients' HR, benefits, and executive leadership teams, managing end-to-end relationships and driving member utilization and activation. While the Customer Success team is based in St. Louis, this role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in the US, with a preference for Midwest or East Coast candidates. Expect monthly to biweekly travel to client locations to build relationships, facilitate engagement activities (benefit fairs, lunch-and-learns, pop-ups), and ensure the CloudClinic care model delivers measurable impact. Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining rigorous tracking frameworks for engagement KPIs (activation rates, utilization trends, population health patterns); translating engagement data into insights for internal stakeholders and client leadership; developing and testing engagement campaigns with measurement and iteration; serving as Rezilient's onsite representative at client locations; partnering with HR and benefits teams to develop resonant communication strategies; collaborating with Sales on business development and deepening existing relationships; leading regular business reviews with client leadership; and acting as the voice of the client internally to inform product, clinical, and operational improvements. You will work cross-functionally with the St. Louis-based Customer Success team, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Sales teams. While operating with significant independence managing a national portfolio of enterprise accounts, you'll contribute to team initiatives, share engagement playbooks and field learnings, and help evolve the team's data infrastructure and reporting practices as Rezilient scales. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in customer success, healthcare account management, employee benefits consulting, or similar client-facing roles within healthcare services or care delivery, specifically managing large employer groups and health systems. You should be comfortable with data analysis, relationship-building, and thriving in dynamic, autonomous environments.
