In this role, you will manage a large volume of medium and small-sized opportunities within enterprise customers and prospects, partnering with senior sales account executives to develop your enterprise sales expertise.
You will own the entire sales cycle from acquisition through deal closure, leveraging solution selling expertise to identify business potential and build strategic, long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities: manage complex sales cycles with full territory ownership; engage diverse buying centers across Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, and Procurement functions; utilize sales engineers, professional services, marketing, and partners to support deal progression; and contribute to Salesforce growth through strategic positioning and analyst-backed value propositions.
Minimum qualifications include 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales cycles, strong business and sales acumen, and fluency in German and English. Preferred experience includes net direct new business sales with proven quota achievement in SaaS solutions, enterprise customer selling across multiple departments, and Financial Services industry background.
