The Enterprise Client Success Manager reports to the Senior Director of Client Success and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise-level clients, typically state and local government agencies and school districts. This role combines account management, relationship building, and internal advocacy to maximize client value and drive retention.
Key responsibilities include: managing inbound client requests and serving as a trusted advisor to senior/executive stakeholders; advocating internally to meet contractual obligations and reset expectations as needed; driving product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities; facilitating achievement of client outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support teams; using data and success metrics to inform action plans; and building long-term client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of Enterprise CSM experience, preferably in state/local government. Required skills include outstanding written and oral communication, strong presentation abilities, business acumen, process management, and negotiation expertise. Candidates should be comfortable using CRM and sales automation tools, willing to travel 10-20%, and ideally hold PMP certification. Existing government or public sector experience is highly valued.
