Brex is a leading intelligent finance platform serving tens of thousands of companies globally, combining corporate cards, banking, spend management, bill pay, and travel software. As an Enterprise Client Sales Executive, you will own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion and client success.
Your core responsibilities include managing the full renewal and expansion lifecycle for complex enterprise deals, building executive-level relationships across finance, procurement, and operations teams, and driving adoption of Brex's multi-product suite (cards, expense management, bill pay, travel, global payments). You will proactively identify expansion opportunities by analyzing account health, usage patterns, and competitive signals, while developing strategies to mitigate churn risk and strengthen long-term partnerships.
You will operate with full ownership and accountability for revenue and retention outcomes, maintaining rigorous sales discipline through pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and comprehensive account planning. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll partner with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, Underwriting, RevOps, and Product teams to deliver unified client outcomes. You'll also surface customer insights internally and advocate for product improvements based on market feedback.
The role requires 5+ years of B2B closing experience in SaaS, payments, or fintech, with a proven track record managing enterprise accounts with complex deal cycles and multi-threaded executive relationships. You must demonstrate consistent quota attainment, mastery of renewal and expansion cycles, and the ability to drive net revenue growth through upsells and cross-sells. Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and similar sales tools is required.
Preferred qualifications include deep knowledge of corporate cards, underwriting, or rewards; experience selling financial operations platforms; recognition as a top performer (President's Club); and exposure to enterprise procurement processes. The role is hybrid, based in San Francisco, requiring three days per week in office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) with up to four weeks annual fully remote work flexibility.
