As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you'll be a strategic driver of pipeline growth for the Enterprise Sales Team, working to expand Trustpilot's global footprint among top-tier brands and retailers. You will identify, target, and map complex enterprise-level accounts, researching prospective companies to locate C-level and VP-level decision-makers and generate qualified interest. Your work spans strategic outbound prospecting, stakeholder research, and multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social) in close collaboration with Senior Enterprise Account Executives. You'll maintain a disciplined outbound pipeline using Salesforce, apply deal qualification methodologies like MEDDIC, and identify whitespace opportunities to expand revenue coverage. Key responsibilities include consistently meeting SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) and pipeline generation targets, ensuring accurate CRM data hygiene, and seamlessly handing off qualified opportunities to closing teams. You'll leverage sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to research stakeholders and execute multi-threaded account strategies. This is a high-visibility role designed for ambitious professionals seeking to master enterprise sales with a clear pathway to advancement into an Account Executive closing position. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative commercial organization with strong coaching and personal development support through the Trustpilot Academy. The role requires 1+ years of outbound B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience with a proven track record of hitting pipeline targets. You should be skilled at navigating complex corporate structures, proficient in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems, and comfortable with high-stakes rejection and executive-level conversations. Strong business acumen in e-commerce and digital ecosystems is valued, as is openness to AI-driven sales workflows and modern prospecting tools.
