As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing new customer and channel partner opportunities for Rippling's enterprise solutions. This is a high-velocity, outbound-focused role that combines aggressive top-of-funnel qualification with strategic account development. You will work closely with Account Executives to build pipelines and support their sales efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting and qualification of enterprise prospects
- Managing high-velocity top-of-funnel sales activities while navigating complex, strategic sales processes
- Developing expertise across Rippling's product portfolio
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers and channel partners
- Contributing to process improvements and pipeline development
- Supporting Account Executive counterparts with qualified leads and account intelligence
The role is based in Rippling's Dublin office with a hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days per week onsite.
