Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. The company is expanding its Enterprise business across the Nordic region and seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative (EBDR) to drive pipeline generation and account mapping for top-tier brands.
In this role, you will be a strategic engine for pipeline development, working closely with Senior Enterprise Account Executives to identify, target, and map complex enterprise-level accounts. You'll research prospective companies, identify C-level and VP-level decision-makers, and generate qualified interest through multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social media). Your responsibilities include maintaining an organized outbound pipeline in Salesforce, applying deal qualification methodologies (MEDDIC), and ensuring accurate data hygiene.
You will identify whitespace accounts to uncover untapped revenue opportunities, maintain CRM accuracy, and multi-thread new opportunities in support of Account Executive teams. Success is measured by Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs), pipeline generated, and revenue from deals closed off your booked meetings.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years of outbound B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets. You must be skilled at mapping accounts and navigating complex corporate structures. Native-level Danish and strong professional English are required; additional Nordic language skills are a plus. You should be proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems and experienced with research platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or TAMI. You're comfortable with high-stakes rejection, building target account books from scratch, and navigating executive-level conversations. Strong business acumen in e-commerce and digital ecosystems is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You're open to adopting modern sales tools and AI-driven workflows, self-disciplined, creative, and possess an entrepreneurial owner mindset.
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in Copenhagen office, 2 days remote), competitive base salary with uncapped commission and company bonus, 25 days holiday annually (plus 5 additional days after 1 year), two paid volunteering days per year, and rich learning and development opportunities.
