Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be a strategic pipeline generator for the Enterprise Sales Team, working to expand Trustpilot's global footprint among top-tier brands and retailers.
You will identify, target, and map complex enterprise-level accounts, researching prospective companies to locate C-level and VP-level decision-makers. Your responsibilities include executing multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns (phone, email, social media) in close collaboration with Senior Enterprise Account Executives. You'll maintain a disciplined pipeline using Salesforce, applying deal qualification methodologies like MEDDIC to identify and progress opportunities toward handoff to closing teams.
Key responsibilities include strategic account mapping, stakeholder research, collaborative campaign development, pipeline management with strong CRM hygiene, and consistent achievement of KPI metrics around Sales Qualified Opportunities and pipeline generation. You'll identify whitespace accounts to uncover untapped revenue opportunities and expand coverage across Nordic target markets.
You bring 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS/Tech, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets. You are skilled at navigating complex corporate structures, proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and experienced with sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo. Swedish language skills are required for this Nordic market role. You are resilient, commercially minded, adaptable to modern sales tools and AI-driven workflows, and thrive as a collaborative team player. The role offers a clear advancement path into closing Account Executive positions for high performers.
