Writer is an enterprise generative AI platform helping Fortune 100 companies build and deploy AI agents grounded in their data. The company is valued at $1.9B and backed by leading investors including Premji Invest, Radical Ventures, and ICONIQ Growth.
You will serve as a strategic transformation partner for Writer's most strategic Fortune 50-100 accounts, acting as the architect of change beyond software implementation. This role bridges business strategy and cutting-edge AI technology, translating the Writer platform into measurable P&L impact and helping executives navigate the shift to an AI-first operating model.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success teams. You'll act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, setting vision and defining job-to-be-done frameworks to drive AI adoption. You'll conduct analysis through surveys and interviews to frame the P&L impact of AI adoption in business reviews, and orchestrate complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders.
You'll proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and working with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives. Additionally, you'll scale transformation best practices by producing frameworks, decks, and communications for the wider team.
The role requires 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with a proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations. You need mastery of change management and strategic thinking, with the ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes. Exceptional executive presence and communication skills are essential, along with a curious mindset and active listening style. A strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory is highly valued.
This is a hybrid position based in the New York City hub, reporting to the Director of AI Transformation and Success.
