Writer is seeking an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to serve as a strategic partner for Fortune 100 accounts. You'll architect enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives, moving beyond software implementation to help large organizations fundamentally rethink their operations with AI-first models.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value realization initiatives in partnership with customer success teams. You'll act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, setting vision and defining job-to-be-done frameworks that drive AI adoption. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining executive relationships, conducting P&L impact analysis through surveys and interviews, and orchestrating complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders.
You'll proactively identify expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives. A key part of the role is scaling transformation best practices by documenting frameworks, decks, and communications for the broader team.
You'll report to the Director of AI Transformation and Success and work from Writer's Chicago or Austin hubs on a hybrid basis. Writer is a $1.9B-valued enterprise generative AI platform trusted by companies like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard. The company was founded in 2020 and has offices in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Austin, Chicago, and London.
