Writer is a $1.9B-valued enterprise generative AI platform used by leading companies like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard to build and deploy AI agents grounded in proprietary data. The company is seeking an Enterprise AI Adoption Lead to own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio in the London hub.
In this role, you will embed deeply into customer organizations to understand their business objectives and design programs that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes. You'll partner with transformation leads to identify the right Writer capabilities for each use case, then execute strategies that drive adoption: building champion networks, running customized workshops, and advising customers on scaling their AI programs.
Key responsibilities include owning activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases and business metrics, building and co-developing custom AI solutions that drive measurable impact, and designing activation strategies that increase platform adoption. You'll create advocate networks and champion communities within customer organizations, establish power user communities for peer-to-peer learning, and train internal customer trainers to scale enablement.
You'll also lead educational workshops and live events, facilitating dynamic training sessions tailored to diverse audiences while partnering with the curriculum team on customization and delivery. You'll continuously refine materials based on customer feedback and adoption data, work cross-functionally to understand evolving needs, and build deep relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Required qualifications include at least 5 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes. You need deep experience understanding customer use cases, implementing activation strategies (champion programs, office hours, dashboards, workshops), and building advocate networks. You should be comfortable scoping, designing, and delivering custom solutions alongside business stakeholders, understanding technical concepts, and communicating them effectively to varied audiences.
Expertise in delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops is essential, along with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences. You'll need strong program management skills, an advisor mindset, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with experimentation. The role requires 25% domestic and international travel.
