Checkout.com is a global fintech platform powering over 10 billion transactions yearly for merchants like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony. The company operates 20 offices across six continents and is actively scaling its Commercial team in Dubai. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted business advisor and primary post-integration contact for the company's largest merchants. You'll navigate the complex global payments landscape, influence C-level stakeholders, and leverage analytical rigor to drive merchant success and partnership growth. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing merchant-specific growth plans focused on revenue generation and measurable value delivery - Conducting deep-dive analyses of payment performance data to optimize acceptance rates, reduce false declines, and improve checkout flows - Identifying and executing upsell opportunities for new products and features to increase wallet share - Building high-touch, consultative relationships to drive retention and prevent churn - Negotiating commercial terms with sophisticated enterprise merchants while maintaining long-term partnership focus - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Integration, Legal, and Product teams - Serving as a market advocate and brand ambassador on global payment strategies You bring at least 4 years of B2B enterprise account management or relationship management experience in payments or digital-first businesses. You possess strong domain expertise in payment technologies and e-commerce, proven commercial acumen with track records of hitting targets and driving expansion revenue, and exceptional analytical skills to translate complex transaction data into actionable merchant recommendations. You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, handle high-pressure situations with resilience, and communicate exceptionally well in English (Arabic is a plus). The role operates on a hybrid model with three days per week in the Dubai office.
