WorkWhile is a labor marketplace connecting vetted hourly workers with high-volume hospitality, catering, and event clients. The company serves 83 million hourly workers and enterprise clients including catering conglomerates, stadium operators, corporate food service providers, and event management groups. Backed by Khosla Ventures and recognized by Inc. 5000 for 10x growth, WorkWhile is disrupting the $650 billion staffing market by providing workers with stable income, next-day pay, benefits, and upskilling opportunities. As Enterprise Account Manager for Hospitality, you will manage a portfolio of high-volume enterprise accounts, serving as the primary strategic partner for regional event directors, general managers, corporate food service leaders, and VP-level operations executives. You will drive account satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding each client's operational environment—including hyper-seasonal staffing volatility, last-minute event bookings, and guest service standards—and proactively meeting their workforce needs. Key responsibilities include: leading all account management matters (staffing planning, shift fulfillment, labor strategy); building and maintaining relationships with executive and regional stakeholders; identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across regional sites, venue networks, and multi-unit properties; ensuring timely shift fulfillment aligned with strict SLAs and service quality expectations; preparing quarterly business reviews and account health reports; forecasting key metrics (fill rates, worker attendance, client satisfaction, revenue); collaborating with Sales on new venue network expansion and with Operations during peak periods; and resolving escalations for live-event operational challenges. You bring 5–10 years of account management experience, ideally in contract food service, event management, catering, venue operations, or flexible workforce solutions. You have deep expertise in large-scale catering logistics, stadium operations, and corporate dining, and understand how workforce reliability impacts guest experience and margins. You demonstrate executive presence and influence with stakeholders at all levels, have managed multi-unit enterprise accounts or multi-city event portfolios, and are proficient in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Google Suite. You have a proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions, maintaining high retention rates, and hitting revenue growth targets. You are agile, detail-oriented, and excel at juggling multiple complex accounts and fast-moving timelines with excellent communication skills.
