Showpad is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. This hybrid role is based in Austin with flexibility for remote work and occasional in-office days (twice monthly in Austin, or hybrid arrangements in Boston/Chicago). You will own the full account lifecycle for enterprise customers, including identifying expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities; building and executing account plans with detailed stakeholder mapping; and managing a dedicated BDR to generate and nurture qualified leads. Key responsibilities include achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets, developing high-quality sales collateral for account-based marketing, negotiating contracts and SLAs, and fostering strong client relationships across multiple stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with presales, customer success, product management, and operations teams to ensure customer success and organizational alignment. The role requires presenting Showpad's sales enablement platform to C-level executives, leading RFP processes, and reporting on market trends, competitive activity, and customer demand. Success is measured by revenue forecasted and achieved, quality of pipeline, client satisfaction and renewal rates, and contribution to overall sales effectiveness through idea generation and continuous improvement. Required: 4+ years selling software solutions, 3+ years of proven track record exceeding sales targets, degree-level education, strong presentation and negotiation skills, experience selling to C-suite, ability to lead and win RFPs, and demonstrated success in account startup and management. You should be comfortable working with dispersed, international teams and balancing multiple priorities.
