Backed by Y Combinator and Intel Capital, Freshpaint has raised tens of millions to build privacy infrastructure for healthcare's digital transformation. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the full lifecycle relationship for a portfolio of 40-60 complex healthcare customers, driving measurable outcomes and revenue growth through consultative partnership. You'll be responsible for net revenue retention and ARR across your book, building and executing account plans that drive product adoption, expansion, and customer success. Key responsibilities include: owning net revenue retention and ARR targets; building account and value plans tied to business impact; leading renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with disciplined commercial processes; running structured executive check-ins and quarterly business reviews; using Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to monitor account health and forecast accurately; partnering cross-functionally with Support, CSE, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to remove blockers; serving as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer; and traveling up to 30% for onsite visits and events. You should have 3+ years in customer-facing, commercial roles in B2B SaaS (Account Management, Customer Success, or similar) with Enterprise customers. Required skills include proven track record driving adoption and expansion with measurable NRR impact, strong consultative abilities to uncover business problems and map capabilities to value, data-driven operational excellence with disciplined account planning and CRM hygiene, technical curiosity to translate between cross-functional teams, and excellent communication for business reviews and C-level presentations. Nice-to-haves include experience with customer data, analytics, or marketing tech; direct work with healthcare providers, payers, DSOs, or urgent care groups; HIPAA or regulated industry knowledge; analytics tools like Looker or Tableau; and familiarity with go-to-market frameworks like MEDDIC.
