Brex is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of high-value accounts within its Enterprise segment. You will drive revenue growth by strategically increasing card adoption and expanding client use of Brex's Spend Management suite (Expense Management, Bill Pay, Travel, and global payments). Your responsibilities include managing complex renewal and expansion cycles end-to-end, building executive-level relationships across finance, procurement, and operations teams, and proactively identifying expansion opportunities through account analysis and competitive intelligence.
You will drive long-term retention by understanding client health and business needs, developing strategies to mitigate churn risk, and acting as a trusted advisor. You'll operate with ownership, anticipating client needs and taking accountability for revenue and retention outcomes. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll partner with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, Underwriting, RevOps, and Product to deliver unified client outcomes. You'll maintain rigorous sales discipline with consistent pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and comprehensive account planning. Additionally, you'll surface client insights internally and advocate for product roadmap improvements.
The role requires 5+ years of B2B closing experience in SaaS, payments, or financial technology, with proven success managing enterprise-level accounts with complex deal cycles and multi-threaded relationships. You must have a consistent record of exceeding quota in competitive sales environments, demonstrated mastery of renewal and expansion cycles including high-value negotiations, and a track record of driving net revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell. Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is required. Preferred qualifications include deep knowledge of corporate cards, underwriting, or rewards; experience selling financial operations platforms; recognition as a top performer; and exposure to enterprise procurement processes.
