As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the complete revenue lifecycle for a strategic account portfolio, including 100% retention targets and year-over-year expansion. You will establish and maintain multi-threaded relationships with C-suite executives (CEO, COO, CIO) and serve as the single point of accountability for all customer-facing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include leading executive-level discovery sessions to understand strategic priorities and pain points, designing and leading data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews focused on ROI and operational metrics, and running the full sales cycle for expansion opportunities within existing accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor on retail technology and AI-driven supply chain transformation, translating Afresh's solutions into the customer's business language and financial terms.
You will also coordinate between the customer's leadership and Afresh's executive team, partner with Product to influence the technology roadmap based on customer needs, and lead complex multi-year renewal and expansion negotiations. Additionally, you will develop commercial strategies to defend against build-versus-buy threats, create internal and external communication plans, and systematically transform executive sponsors into active evangelists through co-authored case studies, video testimonials, and joint press releases.
This role requires deep expertise in enterprise sales, strategic account management, and the ability to operate at the C-suite level while orchestrating cross-functional teams internally.
