Salary: USD 150,000 - 235,000 / annual

Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. As an Enterprise Account Manager based in San Francisco, you will own relationships with innovative international merchants across multiple industries and channels, driving growth and expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships by earning trust and providing strategic payments insights. You will develop a deep understanding of each customer's unique needs and identify commercial opportunities for expansion and new product adoption. Acting as the human dimension of Adyen's product, you'll deliver expertise, education, and payment guidance while positioning Adyen as a trusted strategic partner. You will drive commercial discussions with customers to meet strategic and financial targets for assigned accounts. This includes presenting business reviews, coordinating high-level technical discussions, and synthesizing complex data sets to tell compelling stories that support customer growth. You'll prioritize and execute on both short and long-term projects across multiple accounts with varying timelines. Serving as the internal voice and champion for your customers, you'll provide feedback loops and collaborate across departments to achieve results. You'll work with a global, multicultural team across time zones, developing a network of internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in client-facing, commercial roles such as account management, consulting, or payments industry work from a merchant perspective. You should have a strong background in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services. You are a strategic thinker with commercial acumen, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and comfort with data-driven decision making are essential. Some domestic and international travel is required. Full professional English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
