Plaid is seeking an Enterprise Account Management Leader to build and lead a high-performing team of senior account managers driving revenue growth from enterprise customers. In this director-level role, you'll own the strategy and execution for upsell, cross-sell, and renewal initiatives across Plaid's enterprise segment, while directly engaging with C-level executives to build lasting partnerships. You'll be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing a world-class account management team while delivering on aggressive revenue targets. Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you'll collaborate with Product, Go-To-Market, and other internal teams to identify growth opportunities and shape customer solutions. Your role requires both strategic vision-setting and hands-on leadership—mentoring team members, enabling their career growth, and fostering a culture of excellence. Key responsibilities include: managing a revenue-driving team and hitting targets; building and executing upsell/cross-sell/renewal strategies at scale; recruiting and developing account managers; engaging directly with enterprise executives; analyzing customer trends to identify growth; and working cross-functionally to set direction for the enterprise segment and broader company. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years managing revenue-driving teams. You should have a proven track record at a technology company, ideally with fintech or financial services exposure. A consultative, product-centric sales approach is essential, as is the ability to articulate complex technical and financial value propositions to both internal stakeholders and executive audiences. Strong analytical skills, a desire to deepen technical knowledge of APIs, and genuine excitement for recruiting and coaching are critical. You'll need outstanding communication skills, strategic relationship-building ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity with limited oversight.
