As an Enterprise Account Manager for the Benelux & Nordics region, you will own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers and drive growth through account expansion and customer success. Your responsibilities include:
• Managing a portfolio of top-tier accounts with deep engagement at multiple stakeholder levels
• Understanding customer business needs and maximizing their usage of Perk's product suite
• Identifying and executing growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Leveraging data analytics to deliver business reviews and insights to senior stakeholders
• Becoming a product expert to meet quarterly revenue targets
• Building lasting relationships that shape customer travel programs
• Developing strategies to solve account issues and ensure long-term solutions
• Serving as the key liaison between internal Perk teams and account management during product rollouts
• Prioritizing time effectively to maximize impact on key business areas
You must be a native Dutch speaker with professional English fluency. You'll need proven experience managing enterprise accounts, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and strong data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate is empathetic, honest, trustworthy, focused, and open to feedback. You should be result-oriented while maintaining customer satisfaction as a priority.
