Revolut is a global fintech platform serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and international money movement. The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses on Revolut Business, the company's B2B offering targeting the world's largest corporations.
You will own a portfolio of global enterprise accounts end-to-end: from initial prospecting through deal closure, customer implementation, and long-term account expansion. Your customers are CFOs, treasurers, heads of payments, and C-suite executives at major multinational corporations processing billions in cross-border transactions annually. You'll sell the full Revolut Business platform, including multi-currency accounts, payment acceptance, corporate card issuing, spend management, foreign exchange, and global money movement solutions.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and winning enterprise deals, building data-driven business cases that quantify financial impact and operational efficiency, navigating complex organizational stakeholders (legal, procurement, security, finance) across multiple markets, and partnering with internal Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure successful customer launches. You'll maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately against quota, and channel customer feedback into product and go-to-market strategy. You'll also represent Revolut Business at industry events and help scale the enterprise sales function.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in payments, banking, or fintech; deep understanding of payments infrastructure, treasury, FX, acquiring, or issuing; credibility with senior finance leaders; proven track record of quota overachievement on complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles; strong commercial acumen and ability to build defensible financial cases; sharp analytical skills and genuine curiosity about the payments and banking industry; self-direction and ability to generate pipeline independently; builder's mindset; flexibility for international travel; fluent English.
Nice-to-have: existing relationships with enterprise finance/treasury/payments decision-makers, experience managing global enterprise accounts across multiple markets, experience launching new products or sales motions in new markets, multilingual fluency.
