Nash is a last-mile delivery infrastructure platform that helps enterprise retailers and commerce companies orchestrate, optimize, and manage delivery operations at scale. Founded in 2021 and backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, Nash serves customers across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.
This Enterprise Account Executive role focuses on building and scaling Nash's UK and European business. You will own a named set of enterprise accounts across grocery, retail, convenience, pharmacy, quick commerce, and logistics sectors, running the complete sales cycle from pipeline development through deal closure.
Key responsibilities include: building a high-value pipeline of enterprise opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and networking; running full-cycle sales engagements that require deep understanding of customer delivery operations, cost structures, and technical constraints; establishing and nurturing C-level relationships within named accounts; collaborating with product and engineering teams to design custom solutions tailored to each customer's operational reality; maintaining disciplined CRM pipeline management and forecasting; and feeding market intelligence back to product and marketing teams.
Success in this role means understanding customer operations deeply enough to design solutions they cannot build with their current stack, and building the commercial case that makes investment obvious. You will spend time both in executive boardrooms and in the field with operators to understand where deals truly sit.
First 6 months: establish a qualified pipeline of named accounts with clear next steps, close initial new deals, document an outbound playbook for the region, and build strong working relationships with product and engineering teams. First 12 months: close meaningful new revenue against quota with complex, high-value transactions, develop multi-threaded executive relationships, and establish a repeatable enterprise sales motion that can scale.
