Mapbox is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business revenue across EMEA. You will own a defined target list of enterprise prospects and combine Mapbox's platform capabilities with deep customer knowledge to present compelling technical solutions with clear business outcomes. This role involves sourcing and closing six and seven-figure deals with enterprise customers, requiring strong technical sales aptitude and the ability to build rapport with engineers, product owners, and C-level leadership.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to expand Mapbox adoption in key industry verticals, working closely with marketing to amplify customer success stories, and communicating prospect needs and industry patterns back to product teams to influence the technical roadmap. You will mentor junior sales team members to support internal talent development and collaborate across engineering, support, and marketing teams to ensure successful customer launches.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience prospecting and closing enterprise EMEA deals in the six and seven-figure range. You should demonstrate strong prospecting skills using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and identification tools, with the ability to navigate complex customer relationships and develop trust across multiple stakeholder levels. Deep curiosity, empathy, and grit are essential, along with diligence in territory management and CRM data hygiene.
You must be based in the UK, with flexibility on daily office presence but expectation of occasional collaboration with the London office a few times per year.
