Revolut is a global fintech platform serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Enterprise division targets the world's largest companies, helping them modernize payments, treasury, and cross-border money movement. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a portfolio of global enterprise accounts end-to-end: from initial prospecting through deal closure and long-term expansion. You'll engage directly with CFOs, treasurers, heads of payments, and C-suite executives to position Revolut's full platform—multi-currency accounts, payment acceptance, corporate card issuing, FX, and global money movement—as a strategic solution for their financial operations. Key responsibilities include: - Sourcing, winning, and implementing enterprise deals with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes - Selling the complete Revolut Business platform and building data-driven business cases that quantify financial impact and operational efficiency - Navigating large organizations to align legal, procurement, security, and finance stakeholders across multiple markets - Running a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecast against quota - Partnering with Product, Operations, and internal teams to ensure successful customer launches and expansion - Channeling customer feedback into product and go-to-market strategy - Representing Revolut at industry events and developing playbooks to scale the enterprise team You'll need 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in payments, banking, or fintech, with deep understanding of payments infrastructure, treasury, FX, acquiring, or issuing. You must have credibility with senior finance leaders, a track record of quota overachievement on complex deals, strong commercial acumen, and sharp analytical skills. Self-direction, a builder's mindset, and willingness to travel internationally are essential. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; additional languages are a plus.
