Halcyon is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the Northeast region. The company is a cybersecurity platform founded in 2021 by veterans from Cylance, Accuvant, FireEye, and IBM X-Force, specializing in ransomware prevention and advanced threat detection for mid-market and enterprise customers.
In this role, you will leverage existing industry relationships to generate pipeline and close deals with minimal ramp time. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and presenting tailored solutions with emphasis on measurable outcomes. You will articulate Halcyon's value proposition compellingly, optimize post-sale client engagement, and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
You will conduct regular client reviews, assess satisfaction, and propose enhancements to meet evolving objectives. Networking activities include industry user groups, tabletop events, and key conferences. You will also leverage strategic alliance partnerships to identify business opportunities and facilitate enablement activities such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Value Conversations.
Additionally, you will negotiate contract terms and pricing while ensuring alignment with organizational and client objectives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience in endpoint cybersecurity, proven track record of 100%+ quota attainment, skillful pipeline management balancing high-profile accounts with SMBs, ability to qualify leads based on key success metrics, and strong executive-level relationship-building skills. The company is remote-native and distributed globally, welcoming talent from anywhere.
