Tessl is a Series A AI-native software development platform founded by Guy Podjarny (founder of Snyk) and backed by Index Ventures, Accel, GV, and Boldstart. The company has raised over $100M and ranked #2 in Sifted's B2B SaaS Rising 100 and #20 in its AI 100 in 2025. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own full-cycle sales into large engineering organizations across North America, reporting to the Head of Sales. This is an early-stage enterprise motion where the playbook is still developing—success means building a high-quality pipeline through individual efforts and partnerships with Field Engineering, Marketing, and Product, landing new logos, and converting early deployments into reference-able customers. Key responsibilities include: - Prospecting and pipeline generation across email, phone, events, and creative channels - Running end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, technical validation, negotiation, and closing - Navigating multi-threaded deals across engineering leadership, security, legal, and procurement - Conducting discovery and demos with VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and senior engineering leaders, with support from field engineering for technical validation - Building champion relationships to drive land-and-expand motions - Partnering with Field Engineering, Marketing, and Product to refine positioning as the category matures - Bringing customer feedback back to product and marketing - Leveraging AI-forward techniques in your sales workflow You'll need 7+ years of enterprise software sales with a track record of beating quota. You're a hunter who creates net-new pipeline through direct, proactive outbound. You can sell credibly to VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and senior engineering leaders and hold your own in technical conversations. Prior experience selling developer tools or infrastructure is a plus. You thrive in emerging categories, have fluency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of Message, or similar), and take ownership of outcomes. The role is remote across North America with approximately 25% travel for customer meetings and company events. Tessl offers competitive salary, health insurance extending to partners and dependents, and a pension.
