Required qualifications: minimum 2 years in a direct revenue-generating role at a European AI scale-up or fast-growing AI/deep-tech company within the last 5–10 years; demonstrated history of closing enterprise deals with individual TCV of €500K or above; meaningful portion of closed revenue from new-logo accounts opened from scratch; fluent English; Nordic language fluency (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) preferred. Experience selling AI, infrastructure, or highly customized technology solutions is preferred, as is an established network within large enterprises in finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, or industrial sectors.
