Native Security is hiring a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle across the East Coast territory, with primary focus on Boston and New York. This is a high-ownership, ground-up role for an experienced B2B cybersecurity sales professional who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape GTM strategy at an early-stage, fast-growing startup.
You will be one of the first sales hires in the region, responsible for creating pipelines, closing strategic enterprise deals, and building repeatable sales processes. You'll work directly with founders, product, and technical teams to influence pricing, positioning, and company scaling. The role involves full-cycle enterprise sales—prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close—with a focus on complex technical products sold to large organizations, CISOs, and security leaders.
Key responsibilities include operating independently in high-ambiguity environments, translating product value into compelling customer narratives, collaborating with technical teams to solve security problems, leveraging AI and modern sales tools for efficiency, and working with channel partners across your territory.
Requirements: 5+ years selling B2B cybersecurity solutions (early-stage or high-growth startups preferred, cloud security experience a plus). Proven track record taking products from early traction to meaningful revenue milestones (e.g., $1M to $10M ARR). Experience as a solo sales hire or building a sales program from scratch. Full-cycle enterprise sales expertise with demonstrated success selling to large organizations. Strong communication, customer focus, and ability to operate independently with confidence. Familiarity with AI and modern sales tools. Channel partner experience preferred.
The company offers competitive compensation with meaningful early-stage equity, direct influence on product direction and GTM strategy, collaboration with experienced founders and security experts, and the autonomy to build something from the ground up.
