Rogo is an AI-powered analytics platform transforming global finance by serving investment banks, private equity funds, and asset managers. The company has achieved strong product-market fit with world-class investors backing rapid scaling. You will own new-logo and expansion revenue quotas across the GCC region, building C-Suite relationships with global banks, PE firms, and asset managers. Your responsibilities include mapping complex organizational structures, developing multi-threaded deal strategies, leading rigorous discovery processes, and running proofs of value tied to measurable business outcomes. You will construct executive-ready business cases, navigate security and compliance reviews, and drive deals from prospecting through multi-year enterprise license agreements. Post-close, you'll partner with the Post-Sales team to ensure successful implementations and identify upsell opportunities. You'll consistently deliver ARR targets while feeding product and GTM teams with actionable customer insights. Required qualifications: 5+ years closing complex SaaS deals, with at least 2 years in Fortune 1000 or regulated-industry accounts. Proven track record hitting $1M+ quotas using frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message. Ability to translate advanced AI concepts into board-level ROI narratives. Strong pipeline generation discipline and deal execution rigor. Startup mindset with autonomy, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity. Residency in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with existing work authorization or straightforward visa path. Regional selling experience across GCC (UAE and Saudi minimum; Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain ideal). Arabic language capability or clear plan to cover Saudi Arabia. Prior experience standing up local entities, working through distributors/partners, or JV structures. Track record building and managing small teams (2–5 people) or clear readiness for first-line management. Strategic account planning and regional strategy thinking, not just deal-by-deal execution. Comfort being Rogo's regional face at conferences, regulatory meetings, and press engagements. Bonus: Investment banking, PE, or capital-markets selling experience. Familiarity with LLMs, data-privacy standards, and enterprise infosec reviews.
