Salary: USD 260,000 - 320,000 / annual

As an Enterprise Account Executive covering the Mid-Atlantic region, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts—from prospecting through close. You'll identify and engage large organizations (1000+ employees), manage complex buying processes involving IT, Security, and GRC stakeholders, and build long-term strategic relationships. Your responsibilities include pipeline generation in partnership with the Sales Development team, discovery-driven conversations, value-based selling with support from Sales Engineering, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customer success beyond the initial sale.
You'll bring 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years selling to enterprise customers (1000+ employees). You understand MEDDPICC sales methodology, have experience with technical buyers in IT/Security/GRC (cybersecurity sales experience is a plus), and thrive in fast-moving startup environments. You're skilled in Salesforce, maintain deal management rigor, and communicate effectively across teams. You approach sales with empathy, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to solving customer problems.
