Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 / annual
Branch is a fintech company on a mission to empower workers with financial freedom by helping companies accelerate payments and providing working Americans with accessible financial services. The company serves some of the largest labor and delivery marketplaces in the world, including Uber and Instacart.
You will join the Marketplaces sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive, responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling Branch's innovative fintech solutions to enterprise-level clients. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on complex, high-value deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and manage a named book of enterprise and upper-mid-market labor and seller marketplace clients, building strategic relationships at C-suite, VP, and director levels
- Lead full sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing
- Partner with embedded payments platform partners to identify, pursue, and manage shared accounts, driving co-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to win new business and expand with existing clients
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Engineering to design custom solutions as part of technical selling
- Drive and refine marketplace strategy by defining and scaling repeatable engagement models, sales motions, and positioning
- Use metrics and financial analysis to quantify value propositions and ROI for prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape product roadmap based on client feedback and market demand
- Hit or exceed revenue targets, sales quotas, and other KPIs
Required qualifications:
- 5–8 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling platforms, embedded finance, payments, or infrastructure solutions
- Proven track record closing sizable ($500k+ ARR) complex deals with multi-stakeholder, multi-quarter cycles
- Comfort engaging senior executives (CTOs, CFOs, COOs) and technical leaders (engineers, security/compliance)
- Strong product acumen and ability to communicate both technical and financial value
- Highly analytical with ability to build business cases, model ROI, and use data to drive decisions
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-moving environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications include previous fintech or embedded finance experience, experience selling into HR technology and vertical SaaS platforms, and familiarity with risk, regulatory, and compliance considerations in financial services.
