As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, managing the complete sales lifecycle from initial outreach through implementation and long-term expansion. You'll partner directly with CFOs, treasurers, heads of payments, and executive leadership at some of the world's largest companies to modernize how they collect, hold, and move money across borders. Key responsibilities include: - Sourcing, winning, and expanding enterprise deals end-to-end - Selling Revolut Business's full platform: multi-currency accounts, payment acceptance, corporate card issuing, spend management, FX, and global money movement - Building data-driven business cases that quantify financial impact and operational efficiency - Navigating complex organizational structures to align legal, procurement, security, and finance stakeholders - Partnering with Product, Operations, and internal teams to ensure successful customer launches - Managing pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting against quota - Channeling customer feedback into product and go-to-market strategy - Representing Revolut Business at industry events and developing scalable playbooks Required qualifications: - 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in payments, banking, or fintech - Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, treasury, FX, acquiring, issuing, or related domains - Proven ability to engage senior finance leaders credibly and on their terms - Track record of quota overachievement on complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles - Strong commercial acumen and ability to build defensible financial cases - Sharp analytical skills and genuine curiosity about payments and banking - Self-directed approach to pipeline generation and territory building - Builder's mindset and comfort operating without established playbooks - Flexibility for international travel - Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese Nice-to-have qualifications include existing relationships with enterprise finance/treasury decision-makers, experience managing global accounts across multiple markets, experience launching new products or sales motions in new markets, and fluency in additional languages.
