Salary: GBP 280,000 - 330,000 / annual
Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of its AI productivity API and SaaS solutions within the insurance sector across EMEA markets. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—targeting insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs. Your role combines consultative selling expertise with deep insurance domain knowledge to help organizations embed AI in underwriting, claims handling, and distribution workflows.
Key responsibilities include winning new business and driving revenue growth within insurance; designing and executing tailored sales strategies that account for insurance procurement cycles, vendor risk assessment, and budgeting processes; identifying new use cases across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and distribution functions; navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems (executives, underwriting/claims leadership, IT, risk/compliance, procurement); gathering customer feedback to inform product roadmaps; and refining sales methodology through documented playbooks and best practices.
You bring 8+ years of B2B SaaS or API sales experience, with a proven track record closing complex deals in insurance. You understand insurance organizational structures, procurement frameworks, vendor risk policies, and regulatory environments. You excel at building consensus among diverse stakeholders, negotiating complex agreements, and exceeding revenue targets. You communicate confidently across audiences from underwriters to C-suite executives. You have strategic analytical skills combined with tactical execution ability, and you are passionate about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
