Brex is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive II to drive revenue growth through partner-led enterprise sales of its embedded finance solution. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on sales execution, focusing on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles alongside partner teams.
You will manage end-to-end enterprise sales processes, from opportunity qualification and solution design through executive-level negotiations and deal closure. Key responsibilities include driving partner-led enterprise sales by co-selling with partner teams to navigate complex cycles and build C-suite relationships; building and executing joint go-to-market strategies with key partners while managing shared pipeline development; acting as a financial solutions expert for both partner teams and end customers to structure deals that maximize value; identifying and prioritizing partner-led opportunities across verticals and developing competitive positioning; and leading partner sales enablement initiatives to develop scalable co-selling motions.
This is a quota-carrying role where success means consistently closing enterprise deals through partner channels while building repeatable co-selling motions that accelerate mutual growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to both partner sales teams and end customers, navigating technical validation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations to deliver tailored financial solutions that drive business transformation.
The role is based in Brex's San Francisco office with a hybrid work model. Currently, a minimum of two coordinated days per week in office (Wednesday and Thursday) is required, with plans to increase to three days per week starting February 2026. Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work is available as a perk.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of closing experience in sales through channel partners, ideally in B2B tech or financial services; proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building strong relationships with senior decision-makers in both partnership and direct sales contexts; expertise in navigating complex negotiations and closing high-value deals; ability to think strategically and execute tactically across partnership and sales channels; and self-starter mentality with ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
