As a founding Enterprise Account Executive for Iberia, you will own a portfolio of 13–25 enterprise accounts across Spain and Portugal, managing full-cycle deals from discovery through close over 3–9 month sales cycles. You'll sell directly to operative buyers (CX/Operations leaders) and drive new-logo generation as a core responsibility while helping shape the region's go-to-market strategy alongside a 10-person Madrid-based team.
Key responsibilities include managing your account portfolio, self-sourcing approximately 50% of your pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, owning end-to-end sales cycles with limited overlay support, delivering product demos and business cases, and prioritizing new-logo velocity. You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience as an individual contributor with consistent quota overachievement in at least 2 of the last 3 years. You have a proven track record closing €80K–€400K ARR deals on 3–9 month cycles, running multiple parallel deals independently with self-sufficient demos. You excel at new-logo-first motions with demonstrated logo velocity and disciplined outbound pipeline generation using multichannel cadences in Spanish.
Nice-to-have qualifications include direct experience selling CX/contact center software (CCaaS, QA, agent assist, virtual agents), early-stage or market-launch experience, Salesforce and Gong fluency, and Catalan or Portuguese language skills. You are Madrid-based with willingness to travel across the Iberian Peninsula. Native or negotiation-grade Spanish and fluent English are required; Portuguese is a strong plus.
