Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 / annual
LangChain is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join its growing go-to-market team in Houston. You will own the full sales cycle for LangChain's AI agent platform, working with technical teams at enterprise companies to help them discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products including LangSmith and open-source frameworks.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to prospects, learning their needs and demonstrating how LangChain's solutions solve real problems in generative AI adoption. You'll drive proof-of-concept efforts in collaboration with sales engineers and product experts, staying current on product updates and industry trends to educate customers effectively. You'll manage the complete sales process from lead qualification through contract negotiation, working with legal on deal terms and pricing.
You'll build long-term customer relationships, support post-sale success alongside deployment and customer success teams, and bring customer insights back to product and engineering to inform the roadmap. As part of a high-growth Series B company (recently raised $125M from top-tier VCs), you'll help define and iterate on the sales playbook and shape go-to-market strategies.
Success requires 5+ years selling complex enterprise software, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and technical acumen to establish credibility with technical decision makers. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, are solutions-oriented, and passionate about generative AI. The role offers significant impact and visibility as LangChain scales—the company already has 100M+ monthly open-source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 35% of the Fortune 500 using its platform.
