Sage Health is a mission-driven healthtech company focused on improving care and quality of life for older adults in senior living communities. The company has built a modern fall detection and emergency response system to address a critical gap in current care infrastructure. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among adults over 65, and Sage's software-enabled platform helps detect when older adults need help and enables caregivers to respond quickly and reliably.
This Enterprise Account Executive role is a strategic sales position reporting to the executive team. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle for complex, multi-stakeholder deals targeting senior living operators and healthcare organizations. Key responsibilities include:
• Driving new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts through strategic prospecting, executive-level negotiations, and consultative selling
• Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and commercial processes as the company scales
• Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic partnerships, executive networking, and industry events
• Delivering accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven insights to support strategic planning
• Contributing to the development of sales enablement, sales methodology, account strategy, and operational excellence
You'll work in a small, tight-knit team of ambitious entrepreneurs operating with both pace and intention. The role requires up to 50% travel to the New York headquarters, customer sites, and industry events. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while building something meaningful in healthcare.
Minimum qualifications include 10+ years of progressive enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota, demonstrated success selling complex software solutions to executive buyers with long sales cycles, strong commercial judgment and relationship-building skills, comfort operating in fast-paced startup environments, and passion for improving care for older adults. Preferred experience includes selling into senior living, healthcare, or regulated industries; building or scaling enterprise sales functions in early-stage companies; and understanding enterprise buying processes and land-and-expand strategies.
