Salary: GBP 200,000 - 240,000 / annual

Fireworks is a Series D AI infrastructure platform enabling enterprises to build, train, and deploy specialized AI models tailored to their data and workflows. Founded by the PyTorch team and backed by leading investors including NVIDIA, Sequoia, and AMD, Fireworks serves hundreds of state-of-the-art open models across text, image, embedding, audio, and multimodal workloads. As an Enterprise Account Executive for EMEA, you will drive new business opportunities by developing and executing targeted sales strategies within enterprise accounts. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through procurement, with a focus on closing six-figure deals with technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and execute sales strategies for Fireworks AI within targeted EMEA accounts • Build deep understanding of Fireworks' offerings and articulate value propositions to enterprise buyers • Generate pipeline within assigned accounts and manage long-term account strategy • Leverage channel and alliance partner networks to identify and close opportunities • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, from initial prospecting to final procurement • Forecast accurately and hit annual quota targets • Maintain regular account updates and reporting on sales activities and progress • Ensure high customer satisfaction and build referenceable accounts • Travel for client visits and presentations as needed You bring 5+ years of progressive SaaS sales experience with a proven track record at early-stage startups, 2+ years selling to technical audiences, and demonstrated success closing large, complex enterprise deals. You excel at negotiation, financial analysis, and thrive in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments. Strong communication skills and a "hunter" mentality are essential.
