Trek Health is an AI-driven platform empowering healthcare provider organizations to optimize commercial contract reimbursement rates, enhance service line performance, and achieve sustainable growth. The platform combines Contract Intelligence with Pricing Intelligence to help healthcare leaders identify opportunities, measure financial impact, and refine reimbursement strategies. Backed by $11M in Series A funding from Madrona, Trek Health is building the next generation of healthcare revenue cycle optimization.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the complete sales cycle from pipeline generation through close, working with enterprise healthcare organizations generating $1B+ in annual revenue. You'll conduct tailored discovery with revenue leaders, managed-care directors, finance teams, and legal stakeholders to understand their payer contracting, pricing, and reimbursement challenges. You'll deliver outcomes-focused product demonstrations that quantify financial impact, navigate multi-threaded deals across multiple organizational functions, and close new business that expands Trek's market footprint.
You'll be expected to consistently generate and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and partner channels. You'll run structured discovery conversations to diagnose customer needs, deliver compelling demos, handle objections, and negotiate terms. You'll partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs and provide valuable market insights to GTM leadership that shape messaging, pricing, and product roadmap decisions.
Success means hitting and exceeding quarterly quota consistently, running well-structured deal cycles with clear next steps and mutual action plans, building a reputation as a trusted partner to prospects and internal teams, and contributing to Trek's broader go-to-market motion with insights and process improvements.
You bring 7+ years of experience closing net-new SaaS opportunities, with at least 3 years closing Enterprise SaaS deals. Healthcare revenue cycle, managed-care, contract management, or analytics experience is a plus. You have strong command of discovery, storytelling, objection handling, and negotiation. You're comfortable selling to VP-level and C-level executives and can simplify complex problems. You operate with high ownership mentality like a founder, solve problems proactively, and move fast. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and prefer working in startup or early-stage GTM environments.
