As an Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region, you will own the complete sales cycle for enterprise customers, from opportunity qualification through contract closure. You'll receive warm leads from the SDR and marketing teams, allowing you to focus on closing rather than cold prospecting. Your responsibilities include conducting deep discovery to understand customer business challenges, demonstrating how Sanity's structured content platform solves real operational problems, and building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels from technical teams to C-suite executives.
You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals through procurement and contracting processes, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene, and serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback that shapes product development and go-to-market strategy. The role requires fluency in both German and English, with the ability to close deals in either language.
Ideal candidates have prior experience selling complex SaaS products to large enterprises, understand how to navigate technical buyers and procurement teams, and can quickly master new products to translate technical complexity into compelling business narratives. You should be genuinely curious about technology and customer businesses, operate with high integrity, and thrive in a fast-moving environment with significant autonomy.
