Ashby is a Series D-funded enterprise talent acquisition software company growing ARR >100% YoY with 4,000+ customers including OpenAI, Ramp, Deliveroo, Notion, and Reddit. The company is consolidating fragmented TA tools (ATS, sourcing, CRM, scheduling, analytics, offers) into a unified platform, displacing legacy incumbents in a $1B+ TAM opportunity.
You will own the full sales cycle for new enterprise logo acquisition (1,000+ employees) in the DACH region, from pipeline generation through close. This is a hunting-focused role requiring 50%+ self-sourced pipeline. You'll manage deals typically $100k+ ACV, competing against entrenched players in rip-and-replace scenarios.
Key responsibilities include: conducting discovery-led sales conversations with C-suite and talent leaders; delivering product micro-demos independently; building business cases that connect technical solutions to executive priorities; navigating complex stakeholder consensus; and traveling 25%+ for customer engagements and events.
You must be fluent in German and English, with 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS closing experience. The ideal candidate is a self-directed new business hunter comfortable with outbound prospecting, product-fluent, detail-oriented in CRM hygiene, and collaborative in a team-selling model. You should thrive in competitive evangelical selling, enjoy becoming a domain expert, and be action-oriented with a growth mindset. This is not a role for relationship managers focused on account expansion, those expecting marketing/BDR pipeline generation, or lone wolves preferring solo execution.
