LangChain is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join its growing go-to-market team in Denver. You will own the full sales cycle for LangChain's AI agent platform, working with technical teams at cutting-edge enterprise companies to help them discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products including LangSmith, LangGraph, and Agent Builder.
In this high-impact role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, learning their needs and demonstrating how LangChain's solutions solve real problems in generative AI adoption. You'll drive proof-of-concept efforts in collaboration with sales engineers and product experts, staying current on product updates and industry trends to educate customers and shape conversations around GenAI adoption.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete sales cycle from lead stage through close, building long-term customer relationships, negotiating pricing and deal terms, and bringing customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap. You'll help define and iterate on the sales playbook, shaping go-to-market strategies as the company scales.
You should have 5+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise customers, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility with technical decision makers. You're a solutions-oriented problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is passionate about generative AI. Excellent communication, storytelling, and technical acumen are essential.
