Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 / annual
LangChain is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join its growing go-to-market team in Chicago. You'll own the full sales cycle for LangChain's AI agent platform, working with technical teams at enterprise companies to help them discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products including LangSmith and open-source frameworks.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to prospects, learning their needs and demonstrating how LangChain's solutions solve real problems in generative AI adoption. You'll drive proof-of-concept efforts in collaboration with sales engineers and product experts, staying current on product updates and industry trends to educate customers and shape conversations around GenAI. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from lead stage through close, negotiate pricing and deal terms, and work with legal on contract redlines.
You'll build long-term customer relationships, support post-sale success in partnership with deployment and support teams, and bring customer insights back to product and engineering to inform the roadmap. As part of a Series B company ($125M raised from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, Sapphire Ventures), you'll help define and iterate on the sales playbook, shaping go-to-market strategies from the ground up.
