The company raised Series C funding in early 2026 and is headquartered in Paris, New York City, and Boston. GitGuardian's platform helps enterprises find, prioritize, and remediate exposed secrets across code, systems, and AI infrastructure. The platform is used by 50+ Fortune 500 companies and 600K+ developers worldwide. You will join the US Sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive covering the Central Region (Chicago and surrounding areas), reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales. Your mission is to drive GitGuardian's growth across enterprise accounts in your territory by running full sales cycles from prospecting through close. Key responsibilities include: identifying and engaging enterprise prospects through outbound hunting, channel relationships, and events; owning end-to-end sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, AppSec leads, Engineering and DevOps teams); scoping and running complex POCs and POVs with Sales Engineers; building proposals and managing multi-stakeholder negotiations; maintaining disciplined pipeline management and forecasting; and evangelizing GitGuardian's product line including secrets detection and governance capabilities. Required qualifications: 5+ years of enterprise software or security sales experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder cycles; demonstrated success as an Enterprise Account Executive selling into DevOps, AppSec, or Security/Engineering leadership; experience selling into technical security, engineering, or IT leadership (Application Security, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Identity/IAM, or developer tooling preferred); comfort in technical conversations with genuine curiosity to learn; proven ability to generate pipeline independently and achieve quota; ability to manage multi-threaded enterprise deals with complex procurement; strong executive communication skills; willingness to travel up to 25%; and proficiency with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales frameworks. Desirable but not required: prior experience as a Sales Engineer or in technical pre-sales; hands-on familiarity with code repositories or CI/CD platforms from a builder's perspective. The interview process includes: initial video call with Talent Acquisition; team interview with manager and/or team members; take-home business case to evaluate technical fit; and final interview with CEO Eric Fourrier to discuss company vision and ambitions.
