LangChain is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join its growing go-to-market team in Boston. The company builds the foundation for agent engineering, offering a platform (LangSmith) and open-source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) that help developers build, evaluate, deploy, and operate AI agents at scale. With $125M in Series B funding from top-tier investors and 100M+ monthly open-source downloads, LangChain serves 6,000+ active customers including 5 of the Fortune 10 and 35% of the Fortune 500.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, acting as a trusted advisor to technical teams at cutting-edge enterprises. You'll manage proof-of-concept efforts in collaboration with sales engineers and product experts, demonstrating tangible value and ROI. Key responsibilities include staying current on product updates and industry trends to educate prospects, building long-term customer relationships, negotiating pricing and deal terms, and bringing customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap.
You'll also help define and iterate on the sales playbook, shaping go-to-market strategies as the company scales. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position in a fast-paced, unstructured environment where your contributions directly influence how generative AI is adopted across enterprises.
Successful candidates bring 5+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise customers, strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and technical acumen to establish credibility with technical decision makers. You should thrive in startup environments, be solutions-oriented, and be passionate about generative AI and helping customers navigate a rapidly evolving industry.
