Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company that uses advanced AI capabilities to turn data insights into immediate business action. The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses on new logo growth within the High Tech and Manufacturing sectors across the Benelux region, with a primary base in Amsterdam.
In this position, you will discover and cultivate new business opportunities within a designated portfolio of accounts, establishing and strengthening connections across multiple organizational levels with executives and decision-makers. You will comprehend the strategic and operational requirements of target accounts and articulate how Celonis solutions address their needs. The role involves guiding the full sales journey—from prospecting and initial contact through qualification, engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and deal closure.
You will collaborate with Value Engineers to conduct comprehensive presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases, showcasing solution value. Partnership development is key, particularly with leading consulting firms, SaaS partners, and Big 4 firms. You will work closely with a virtual team including business development representatives, value engineers, partner managers, and marketing specialists to ensure seamless collaboration.
Required qualifications include demonstrated success in SaaS sales with experience in both expanding existing and pursuing new business opportunities. You must have a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and a track record of selling enterprise-level software to C-level stakeholders. Experience collaborating with partners such as consulting firms or enterprise technology providers is essential. Strong, articulate communication skills and English proficiency are required.
