As an Enterprise Account Executive based in the Bay Area, you will drive new business and expand existing relationships within large enterprise accounts. Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles engaging with CISOs and executive security leaders to address sophisticated cloud security challenges and influence long-term security strategies.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing territory strategies to drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas; demonstrating deep knowledge of Wiz's cloud security solutions and their business value; positioning solutions and providing strategic business insights to C-level executives; managing complex, multi-threaded deals with extended sales cycles; collaborating with sales engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams; and building long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise customers.
You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you learn customer business needs, ask thoughtful questions, listen actively, and help educate prospects on cloud security best practices. The role requires someone who can navigate technical and business conversations with equal fluency, manage multiple concurrent deals, and thrive in a high-growth organization.
Minimum qualifications: 7+ years of SaaS/security sales experience selling to large enterprise accounts; proven expertise in value-based solution selling with focus on business outcomes; track record managing complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder negotiations; ability to work cross-functionally; and proficiency with formal sales processes and qualification frameworks. Preferred: cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem experience, strong partnership with sales engineering, comfort in fast-paced environments, consultative customer engagement approach, and exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
