As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a large territory and drive new business growth by identifying and prospecting high-value target accounts. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through close, building relationships with VP and C-Suite decision-makers at enterprise organizations. The role emphasizes self-sourcing and pipeline generation—you'll systematically research accounts, execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, and qualify opportunities using a solution-based selling approach.
Key responsibilities include: prospecting key decision-makers across target accounts using creative outbound strategies; achieving quarterly booking goals by closing net new logos; building and managing an accurate sales funnel; developing deep understanding of customer business needs; negotiating favorable terms by selling value and ROI; and identifying business drivers behind opportunities.
You'll work in a target-rich environment with significant autonomy and the financial upside available at an early-stage, well-funded company. The role requires managing existing customer relationships while expanding into assigned territory and maintaining a high-volume, healthy pipeline.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of closing experience selling to technical buying committees and consistently exceeding $1M+ annual quotas. You should have a mix of mid-market and enterprise field selling experience, ideally in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, databases, or business intelligence. You'll demonstrate a proven methodology for prospecting and pipeline building, experience at innovative tech companies (SaaS or IT infrastructure preferred), and a track record winning new logos at Fortune 1000 companies. Familiarity with cloud technologies and a bias for action are essential.
